What To Expect

Since this is our inaugural Customer Success Summit, we don’t have any delightful photos to share from Summits past (yet!). So, in lieu, please enjoy these stock images that we believe fairly represent the emotional experience you’ll have at the 2019 Summit😊

What to Expect (Ok, really…)

Your highlight reel from The Summit will include the following:

  • Learn from customer case studies on how to get the most out of CampusESP.

  • Network with colleagues from other institutions that share your passion, goals and challenges with parent engagement.

  • Get to know the CampusESP team, and even meet the “Unseen James” (our rockstar CTO who built the features you love!).

  • Plan the future of CampusESP with the team that can make it happen. We want to hear your ideas and feedback!

  • Be recognized for your genius by sharing a case study from your institution…

Case Studies

We’re asking the experts (you!) to share how CampusESP has helped you achieve your goals.

We’re looking for a couple customers to present a “case study,” or share how you’ve used CampusESP to tackle a problem, achieve a goal, or reach a certain outcome— and how it can serve as a guidepost for other institutions.

Presentations should be limited to 15 minutes, plus 10 minutes of Q&A.

Case studies should attempt to make more sense than the last season of Game of Thrones.
