Calls for Proposals
The CampusESP Summit is the all-star family engagement event of the year, where higher ed professionals from across the student lifecycle come to learn, network, and grow their knowledge in the world of parent and student engagement. The 2026 CampusESP Summit Committee is asking the experts (you!) to share how parent engagement strategies have helped you achieve your goals.
This year we’re expanding our session offerings (think workshops, panels & roundtables) and are looking for proposals covering a wide range of topics. Sessions can be designed for all levels of CampusESP and family engagement experience - so even if you’re new to the CampusESP family, we hope you’ll consider hosting a session!
The Summit Committee encourages proposals that speak to how a family engagement strategy (or maybe a certain really cool software!? 😉) has helped you tackle a problem, achieve an institutional goal, or reach a certain milestone - and how it can serve as a guidepost for other institutions. While we encourage proposals on any topic, below are a few areas we know would be a hit:
How data from CampusESP impacts your work outside of CampusESP
Leveraging new CampusESP features (like Discussion Boards, Admissions Dashboard, Event Management, etc.)
Creative community building for families
Submit a session or workshop proposal for the CampusESP Customer Summit, to be held May 27-28, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA.
Deadline for submission is January 16, 2026.
