Our Customer Success team is an extension of your team.

We’ll have you up, running, and seeing results in 3 weeks.

Simplementation

(We make implementation so simple, we had to create a new word for it.)

Once you join the CampusESP family, you’re assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager whose job is to make things easy and you successful. Over the course of three weeks and a couple efficient meetings, you’ll be set up for launch. What’s that really mean? Glad you asked.

BONUS! A community that works.

From our annual user conference of customer-led parent engagement best practices (the Summit — see a past agenda here), to our summer Camp-ESP to help you learn all the new features we’ve added. It’s all about you ... and you, and you, and you ….

Our community grows every year, with folks just as passionate as you. Got a question? Collaborate with someone who has faced the same problem. Our customer community is authentic, energized, and ready to help. Let CampusESP help you find your parent engagement soulmate.

PS, We also throw notoriously fun happy hours at all your favorite conferences. 😊

We love what we do.

At the end of the day, it's all about creating success for our customers. Sounds like it's working.

"I've worked with a lot of vendors who say they're going to do the hard work, but you all have actually done so much of the hard work, and we really appreciate that. The timeline was aggressive for such a robust platform but your team is so talented and made it possible."

– Jane Groseclose, Communications Coordinator, University of Alaska Fairbanks

“Having CampusESP is like having a whole team of tech support, content curators, and content creators in our office!”

– Katie Gomez, Assistant Director of Development and Parent Engagement, Baylor University

"Our sales rep and customer success manager are both fantastic. They made our launch process super easy, were highly responsive to my questions, and continue to be great partners."

– Charity Bowles, Director, New Student & Family Programs, California State University at Long Beach
