The CampusESP Ambassador Program

Cool name. What is it?

The Ambassador Program is an incentive program to encourage customer presentations at conferences like AHEPPP, NODA, NSSR, etc.

This sounds like more work. What do I need to do?

Nothing. This is optional. But if you are interested, just submit a session proposal to an "approved conference". The proposal should emphasize how you amped up your parent engagement strategy and the benefits of using CampusESP. Easy!

What's an "approved conference"?

Jack's Turning 50 BBQ-Bourbonfest is not an approved conference (but we'd still like to be invited). Before submitting a session to a conference, you can email us at mgreiner@campusesp.com to see if the conference you plan on attending made the list. More on that below.

What do I get?

Besides the pride and sense of accomplishment that can only come from a spreading the word about parent engagement and CampusESP?

  • $750 travel stipend (processed however is easiest for your institution).

  • Help with the presentation from the CampusESP team (if you want it).

  • CampusESP swag.

  • High-fives. Maybe even a high-ten.

Can I grab a friend?

Yes! Sessions are always more fun (and... *cough*... more likely to get approved) if presenters are from two different schools. The travel stipend is available for up to 2 presenters for each session ($750 each, up to $1,500 for each session).

What's the fine print?

Not much:

  • We want to see you at the conference! You may or may not know that vendors usually get charged a fee to present at conferences. Yuck. This program is designed to take that fee and help get more of our customers to conferences instead. Yay!

  • This is your presentation. CampusESP does not need to be one of the co-presenters. It's your call. Really!

  • We're here to help! Let us know if you need help with the session description or content. We're happy to provide industry stats or success stories from the CampusESP community. We want your presentation to be awesome!

How do I get started?

These are the conferences officially “on the list” (but feel free to propose others to us!)

  • NODA

  • AHEPPP

  • NACAC

  • NASPA

  • AACRAO

  • NSSR

  • RNL

Pick your conference, decide on your session theme, and reach out to us if you need stats, data, images, inspiration, etc. Let us know when you submit so we can keep our fingers crossed for you. And when you get that official acceptance email, forward it over with pride so we can help spread the word. And, ya know, take care of that stipend.
