New event and orientation management tools for families: Checklists, learning modules, sessions & more
A successful Family Orientation or Family Weekend involves so many moving pieces: detailed registration forms, unique schedules, educational content, group assignments, reminders, and check-in logistics. We’ve heard your feedback - you still need help managing all of this - so we’re excited to release several new Event and Orientation Management features in CampusESP for all Family Communication customers.
With these new tools, you will be able to manage even more of your Family Orientation and Family Weekend experiences in one place, creating a more seamless experience for families while reducing lift for your team.
What’s new?
Our newest features make it easier to educate, organize, and engage families before and during events:
Checklists: Create personalized to-do lists to help families stay on track with important deadlines and tasks (think financial aid steps, move-in prep, and required forms), send reminders, and track completion.
Learning Modules: Build self-paced educational content with videos, text, and resources to prepare families for their student’s transition to college, and ensure comprehension with quizzes.
Sessions: Configure sessions to provide families a choice of time slots for a ticket they purchase, allow users to change their selected sessions to reduce staff time adjusting registrations, and track attendance by session with event check-in.
Event Groups: Automatically assign families to small groups based on criteria like session, college, major, when they register, and easily download assigned users to distribute rosters to staff.
Name Badging: Design and print personalized name badges using family data already in CampusESP, making event check-in and identification simple and seamless.
