    We start with strategy calls to map out your goals, timeline, schedule, and what families need to know before they arrive.

  • BUILD

    A dedicated Customer Success Manager sets up registration, sessions, communications, and name badges. For Family Orientation, we also build your Hub and any additional event features, including Event Groups, Checklists, and Learning Modules.

  • TEST & LAUNCH

    We QA everything before families see it, then stay with you through launch.

  • REVIEW

    After the event, we go over what worked, what families engaged with, and what to adjust next time.

  • You'll work with a dedicated CampusESP CSM, who will provide expert guidance and best practices from our work with over 500 institutions.
