Highlights from this year’s success stories from our enrollment and admissions partners:
University of Montana — A small team used interns, AmeriCorps VISTAs, and CampusESP automation to keep 11,000+ families on track, even turning one repurposed career article into the most-clicked article of 2025.
Coastal Carolina University — By replacing inbox overload with targeted, family-first messaging, Coastal saw a 43% increase in first-year applications, 10% increase in first-year registration, and 72% family email open rates.
Tarleton State University — After embracing texting alongside email, Tarleton drove a 12% increase in orientation sign-ups and a 5% boost in yield from admitted to enrolled students in just one cycle.
Gettysburg College — By connecting Slate and CampusESP and surfacing parent engagement data, Gettysburg ran ahead on financial aid submissions all year while giving recruiters clearer signals on which families were most likely to yield.
Holy Family University — The school used CampusESP to personalize their institutional voice and lean into financial aid communication, contributing to higher FAFSA submission rates, especially among first-gen families.
And big wins from our friends serving enrolled families:
SUNY Oneonta – By mirroring first-gen student resources to families (including bilingual content), Oneonta and its peer institution saw at least a 4% lift in click rates, with first-gen family emails hitting well over 60% open rates.
Texas A&M University – A 70-day summer drip campaign to 12,000+ families delivered day-one emails with a 77% open rate, with most weekly messages holding around 70% — all pre-scheduled before orientation even began.
Tarleton State University – Honored as CampusESP’s first “Decade Club” member after 10 years on the platform, Tarleton represents the kind of long-term partnership behind results like 5.7% higher retention and 6% higher yield for students whose families actively use CampusESP.
Florida Atlantic University – FAU launched a new orientation reservation system in CampusESP in just 4 weeks and saw a 21% increase in reservations within the first two weeks of the pilot with 30,000+ admitted students.
University of Oregon – For Ducks Give 2024, UO achieved a 157% increase in parent donors, 217% more dollars raised (an extra $149,654 from parents), and a 43× ROI on their CampusESP Parent Giving investment — while communicating with 43,000+ parents at 53%+ open rates.
