Account Manager - Philadelphia, PA/Remote
We're looking for a results-driven account manager to join our team with a focus on renewals as a core sales motion and driving upsell opportunities across our customer base. You'll serve as the strategic orchestrator for your accounts, coordinating the right resources and expertise to maximize customer success and revenue growth.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Revenue Generation & Growth:
Drive renewals as a primary sales motion, consistently exceeding renewal rate targets
Identify and execute upsell opportunities within your account portfolio
Leverage customer success metrics and ROI data to build compelling renewal and expansion cases
Maintain and grow Net Retention Revenue across your book of business
Strategic Account Orchestration:
Act as the strategic orchestrator for your accounts, coordinating the most effective resources for each situation
Coordinate cross-functional resources (product, engineering, support, marketing) to deliver optimal customer outcomes
Prioritize activities that drive the highest impact for both customers and business results
Eliminate roadblocks and create focus around what matters most for account growth
Customer Relationship Excellence:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across campus departments
Conduct strategic account reviews and business planning sessions
Present compelling renewal and expansion proposals to decision-makers
Ensure all customer communications are accurate, timely, and professionally delivered
Performance & Insights:
Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to renewals
Gather first-hand customer feedback to inform product improvements and service enhancements
Create customer-focused materials including performance reports and strategic recommendations
Maintain composure and professionalism during challenging customer situations
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
Minimum 5 years in account management, customer success, sales, or related fields in higher education or technology
Proven track record of consistently exceeding renewal and upsell targets
Experience managing complex B2B relationships and organizational decision-making
Key Competencies:
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding goals and seizing opportunities quickly
Strategic prioritization skills to focus on high-impact activities and eliminate roadblocks
Customer-focused with strong relationship-building and presentation abilities
